Do you service my area?

We service the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.

What are your normal business hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What is the earliest/latest someone can come out during normal hours?

Depending on location and job type, we will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs at a time that is most convenient for our customer.

Do you work with insurance companies/3rd parties?

We would expect payment upon completion and can provide you with a paid receipt to turn into insurance or a third party.

Are you licensed? Insured?

Yes, we are both licensed and insured.

Will you clean up after the work is completed?

Our technicians will show up wearing shoe covers to keep the outside dirt off your floors. They will lay down cloths to keep the dirt off your floors and do whatever else is necessary to keep your house looking the way it was before they arrived.

Will you have the parts needed?

Our trucks are fully stocked and if there is something missing, we will be able to get it to the technician without interrupting the job.

Do you work on Saturday?

There is an increase from our standard costs to send a technician out after hours and weekends.

Do you work on heating/air conditioning?

No, we do any plumbing service work, with minimal heating/air conditioning work.

Do you work on modular homes?

Yes, we do.

Do you do new construction?

No, we do not.

Are your trucks marked? Technician in uniform?

You will receive a phone call from our office when the technician is on his way. All our trucks have the company name visible on them and our technicians will arrive in a clean uniform with our logo on. You can rest assured knowing who will be at your door upon answering it. You will also see that our trucks have the PA Home Improvement Contractor Registration # on them, as required by law.

Do you warrant your work? Products?

We warrant both our products and work. Our qualified office staff and technicians will be able to answer all specific warranty questions.

Do you install gas lines?

We do gas related work with water heaters.
