Service Call Procedures:

There is a service call fee during normal business hours for a technician and truck to arrive at your house. Once there, the technician will evaluate the work and give you options and quotes. Upon your approval, he will begin to do the work for you at that time. There are some situations that may require a diagnostic fee to get to the source of the problem. In a situation as this, the technician would give you that fee prior to starting the diagnosing process. Payment is due upon completion with cash, check or credit card (MC, Visa or Discover).
